The Mobile Y program is back at the Leo for another 6 weeks beginning Thursday January 19th, 2023. The Total Body Sculpt is an engaging and enjoyable programming for all participants, no matter background or ability. Total Body Sculpt is scheduled on Thursdays at 9:30-10:30am from January 19-February 23, 2023.

In order to be able to participate fully in programming, each participant is asked to please bring all of the following:

• a refillable water bottle
• active clothing
• indoor shoes
• yoga mat
